  Wait a minute! 6:30 minus 1.5 equals 5:00. I was home by 3:00
having made a bypass to Balmain to throw Frank out of a moving car,
and if I allow you another hour to get to Engadine... what were you
and Patricia doing with that missing hour? It's no wonder you young
blokes get tired. I go to bed and sleep.

 BL> Bloody norton is useless.

BV> Yeah, I've been telling you for ages that that Norton bloke is
BV> brain dead, but would you listen...No way jose.

Yair. I paid $129 for it, too. Bloody worst money I ever spent. It
never finds real faults and questions perfectly good stuff.

BL> Is it possible that it's just dirty heads?

 BV> Anythings "possible" Bob :)

I pulled the bloody thing apart and it was full of fluff like my
navel. I cleaned it all out with my little paintbrush and painted the
heads with that funny-smelling alcohol until it shone like new... and
it didn't make any fucking difference so I took it out in the backyard
and gave it a good thrashing with a stick. I hate disloyalty! And that
bloody laser printer is close to getting a thrashing too! Bastards!

The FDD obviously hated me, so I went up to the swap mart and bought
a new one that likes me. Now it reads the crook Borland discs like
Paul's one did and it doesn't make disgusting whirring noises like the
old one.

BTW, I saw a funny advertisement for a computer shop. They offered
`expert' installation and listed a MASS Coprocessor!

Regards,
Bob
