What about diseases that the parrots from Mexico might have ? Also, how or 
rather where did these birds come from ? Are they like Senegal Parrots, where 
in Senegal one bird is tied to a piece of rope and pegged to the ground 
scraming for help, and when other birds come to investigate are caught in a 
net , thrown into a cage and then shipped to market. I think that there are a 
lot of questions to be answered here, morally and otherwise before someone 
can say that they should have the right to bring birds, whether its one or a 
hundred across the border.
