Ok We are at again! Dec-Gary Lockman has arrested Dougles Foxx for Agg
Kidnapping there was no ATGOB or AFRS filed when Doug picked this criminal
up. well hmmmmmmm Sound like Gary need to read the Law.

I was the one who turned in the two Bounty Hunters that 10 years ago
kidnapped this guys exwife and handcuffed her to get him. If you cross
the line the you will pay!
