 I was about to suggest Radio Shack, I use one of theris for that very
purpose. But then I noticed the Tag Line. Do that even have Radio Shack
in South Africa??                                                      

 But getting back to REality one can be easily built. Since you want to
use it for the Output you don;'t have to worrk about Cross Talk. Even
three Double Pole Toggle Switches to turn on/off the the audio to the
Output device desired can used if you don't have a multiposition rotary
switch handy.
