Then I'm a bit surprised it's getting tossed.  The messages should look
like they're coming from 3:711/934.18, and since they're going into echos,
I would have expected them to get bounced as "insecure" for the
particular echo. People can't enter echomail into areas on my system unless
they are already hooked into it.  Can you check your inbound packets to see
who they are from? BFN.
