JB> wordstar 4.00 is an excellent text editor for large files JB> especiall those that are bigger than available ram. JB> the only problem is it doesn't compensate for the text mode you run it in. I haven't used WordStar in anger for ages (and WordStar 4 is a very old memory indeed, although I still have WS6) but I'm sure it could be configured in such a way that if you passed it a filename on the commandline it would start in nondocument mode automagically...
