Ohh they have interests in children (as a means to increase their
budjets) as they are self serving. If there was few claims of
abuse then they most likely would not exist. The whole child
protection system was born and continues to grow on hysteria.

Do not get me wrong as there has to be public defenders who are
solid gold but i would not put my LIFE in the hands of any but
the best criminal lawyers i could find.
Mine was not a criminal trial but a trial in Juv. court
attempting to take my natural daughter who at the time was 3.
It took 4 months to get it resolved.

Only reason they were wrong is in North Carolina if there is no
criminal charges involved a Juv. can go where they like to live
at the age of 16. They could not hold her any longer. But of
course they acted like they were trying to reunite us. We had to
get a mental evualation and also attend parenting classes. It was
all a farce.
