Hi Bill,
Family of `Dick Tracy' by any chance? ;-)))
(ECHO_PERSONAL, Friday February 14 1997 17:30) Bill Tracy to Ted Menks about:
IceZmodem
 BT> Oops,
Wrong planet??? ;-)
BT> I wanted to write about TELIX.
Well, in that case, you may have found the right area, right here. Cos'
that's the main topic. ;-)
BT> I use two versions. I use the DOS 3.15
Uhm, try to locate 3.22 somewhere... It's more up-to-date, however I would
not be able to point out the differences.
BT> WHEN I use to call a business line I use TFW 1.01 I think it is.
It does exist, AFAIK. But I've also seen messages about TfW 1.15 or something
similar.
BT> What am I missing by not being updated? I don't want to have 2 learn
 BT> it all over again.
Well, `being updated' doesn't always mean that you'd have to learn everything
anew. It may mean that some things have changed (mostly for the better) and
that you can do more with the newer software. Again, I wouldn't know what are
the exact differences between the versions that you use, and the latest
versions available...
Bye,
Ted. E-mail: ted.menks@mbs.nl
