Thanks for the reply Jim,  I assume you are speaking of the Videonics 
MX-1......I have had one person already tell me they like the unit also - I 
am going to have to try to get more info on it from the Videonics Company - 
ask your friend more about it if you get as chance and let me know how he 
likes it, and how well it handles dissolves between two live
