  A long shot, but recently I noticed that some folk were having
trouble installed the latest versions of InCharge (OS/2 Financial
Application).  The fix was;
Install the updated DOSCALL1.DLL from;
ftp://service.boulder.ibm.com/ps/products/os2/fixes/v4warp/english-us/xr_m006/
doscall1.dll
  As others have observed, your problem may just be the WIN-OS2 audio
settings that are giving you the run around.  Hope this helps.
