     The article in question is on page 24 of the April
1996 WordPerfect for DOS magazine.  However, rotating
text is easy - knew it before the article appeared.
Simply make a graphic box, type the text, hit Alt+F9,
(5) Rotate Box Contents, (2) 90 degree Rotation.
