Just an FYI. I tried, as a test, running FConfigW32.exe under wine-1.8.6.
It didn't crash, but it doesn't look ok. Not everything is visible, what
should be, and I had the impression not every key responds as it should. So
this isn't really workable.

But this wasn't an extensive test, maybe there are settings for wine that
could improve the situation. And the version of wine I used is oldish. The
current stable release version of wine is 3.0.1 and the development version
is at 3.8.

So when I upgrade my linux distribution, I might do the test again...
