ml> MvLe> Does anybody know what happened to Bob Juge's BBS ? ml> m$ had one of those tuesday updates that forced a ml> reboot which corrupted the virtual machine image of his ml> OS/2 setup... there was no backup and he was unable to recover it... Wow. I keep backups. I spend far too much time on my BBS not to have backups. If one config line somewhere got changed, or a comment put in a batch file it needs to be backed up because the work that goes into reading documentation alone is expensive. I read a doco for 1 hour to fix a problem by tweaking 1 line somewhere ... that was 1 hrs worth of work. It must be backed up. Oh well. --- Maximus/2 3.01* Origin: Top Hat 2 BBS (1:343/41) SEEN-BY: 633/267 @PATH: 343/41 138/146 140/1 123/500 379/1 633/267 |
