!!!!  You've done it again!!!  You sent me MS110396.WRI, which I
made available, and then told you I had made it available, and
then you sent me MS130396.WRI, you DIDN'T leave me a message, and
I DIDN'T say it was available!!!  Someone else sent me a message
to say that he was having trouble getting the file, and I had a 
look as to why he was using MS130396.WRI instead of MS110396.WRI.
Since you are still trialling this, it is still a manual process,
and you must send me a message for every update.  If you want to
do it regularly, I can set up a TIC area for you to hatch into.

There were 3 different people who tried FREQing and failed.  So
far none of them FREQ'd "FILES" and then tried again with MS110396.WRI.
Anyway, I have made both of them available now.
