       I already have separate preamp, amp, and tuner that I'm still
     happy with. My TV is only a year old. I prefer separates, but since
     my VCR bit the dust I thought I'd get the surround sound in the VCR
     because a separate SS unit costs a lot more than it does with a
     VCR.
