I saw Gergen on MSNBC talking about how this will hurt when Baker goes to
France, Russia, and Germany to say forgive some of the Iraqi debt.  I
really got a belly laugh from that one.  Since France and Russia have both
previously said they won't forgive any debt, the only way to get them
onboard is to first say forgive some of the debt that you know you won't
get paid on anyway, and we'll see what we can do about getting your country
in on some of the contract bidding.

Had Gergen and other idiots like Kerry, et al had their way on this we
would have given France and Russia US tax dollars while France, Russia,
Germany et al then turned and continued to thumb their noses at the USA and
refuse to forgive any debt.
