* Crossposted in Z3_PASCAL * Crossposted in ZN_PROGRAMMING Hi All, Just to fill you in: I'm doing an Ass.Dip part time, and pascal is the laguage we are using, I haven't missed a class for the last semester and a bit, but I missed the one about reading and using text files. So the question(s) to clear up some confusion from reading the text book and hand out. 1) Is it possible to read in and then write to the same file? 2) Is it good practise, or possible, to read a textfile in and store the info in an array for adding to, deleting, and editing information? 3) Or is an array only for interactive use.. like reading input ask of a user? Thanks for any info forthcoming.. Cya, Pete ... A fool and his money are SYSOP material --- GoldED/386 2.50 UNREG ---* Origin: Reality Sucks Back from Reality.
