i had this problem and talked to him about it a while back.
dont know if i'm recalling this correctly, but i think there was some release
that got out in the wild that was missing it,and this was corrected.

anyways, lordansi.dat is supposed to be a replacement for lordtxt.dat, i 
think.

anyways, i copied over lordtxt.dat and it worked for me [i have a custom one, 
anyways]
