So you're originally from the Ukraine, but you moved to Russia?  And 
then where?  To Canada after that?

I met a Russian lady a couple of years ago.  We dated for a while, but 
we weren't serious about each other.  We often had a hard time 
understanding each other, because her accent was so pronounced (and because I 
know nothing of the Russian language).  I became very unserious about her 
recently when I learned she was married.  That was an unpleasant 
surprise.
