But *most* people only _send_ reply packets, and 'leach' files or
receive more mail.  For every system that could benefit from
bidirectional transfers, there's at least a hand full of points.  And
OLRers can't use a bidirectional transfer protocol, because there's no
mainstream OLR door software that will let you send something else while
you're receiving a QWK...
