ZFax does that. ZFax is distributed together with your modem. You can also 
get it from many bbs's, since it's distributed freely!

I use FrontDoor as a mailer and I have installed ZuTSR v2.31; it works great! 
I think it should work on Binkley systems too, but I haven't tested it! ZuTSR 
is also distributed freely and you should be able to find it on many bbs's...
