subject: Those Files...

Hello Rod!

On 16 Jun 94, you said to Geoff Armstrong:

GA>> I send those files of to Bauderline... But I did it the lo-tech
GA>> way. I rang the BBS with a term prog and uploaded them. Is there
GA>> an easier to do this using my point setup for future reference?

RS> The simplest thing is a file attach to a crashmail. A crashmail is a
RS> netmail where you personally call the BBS it goes to directly with
RS> your mailer.

I did make a netmail with the "Crash" and "File Attach"
attributes, and I think the mailer (FD) would have sent it ok if I had let
it, it dialled the right place for me automagically but I stopped it before
the BBS answered, as I'd already deleted the file it was supposed to send.
I might try an experiment later to see if it really works.

Sea Ewes are round!
Geoff.
