Hello All!
Can someone help me with a problem i'm experiencing since changing over to an
OS/2 installation on a HPFS drive.
I have 3 machines networked, 2 are Win'95 & one is OS/2 V3.00 with the C:
drive being HPFS.
I have batch files that i have run for years on dos, windows 3.1, 3.11, Win
95 Win '95B AND OS/2 with a FAT Partition...they work fine...now since i have
installed OS/2 on a HPFS drive & run the batch files in dos from the Windows
machines..i get a "Batch file Missing" error...i.e it recognises the batch
file is there & STARTS...however as soon as the batch file process moves to
another directory or drive it seems to lose contact with the batch file &
comes up with this error.
The batch files are all in "The Path" on ALL machines...i can't seem to
narrow it down any further...it seems to be either a comaptability problem
with the Win/OS2 networking or something in how the FAT machines access the
HPFS drive.
I lean towards the latter as all seemed to be well until i installed HPFS.
Any ideas guys?
Greg
