I did this once or twice already, though only in English, and early on
in the process.  Nor did I make an effort to "remind" them of whatever
responsibilities I though they had... just a grunt, ya know.

Thing have changed a bit since we started, and more bi-lingual sysops
have added their voices, so maybe it's time for another round of mail.
If I can get some word from Ward, mentioning what he as actually done
and how many have replied to him/Jan, then I'd know what and when to
write.

I hold hope that the effort may be renewed with more ammo.  I'll drop a 
note to Ward asking the above, and we'll see what we can salvage.  :)
