I got a surprise bill from ATT cellular today. Roaming costs are not in
30 second increments anymore but in 1 minute increments.
Roaming calls cost Roaming charge plus a long distance call to the roaming
area. Nobody knew about that at ATT. When asking 611 I got answers like:
,,.
Is that common that carriers charge long distance on top of the roaming
costs for incoming calls?
