I forgot to add that she (my daughter Siobhan) used to work in the
restaurant biz in Scotland (she managed the West Port in St Andrews, haunt
of such luminaries as Tiger Woods). She tells me Glasgow has the most
vibrant "restaurant scene" of any city she knows.
