From: "Gary Britt"
My experiences with the Canadian client were about 26 years ago. However,
if the withholding in Canada is higher than in the USA, then the CD Howe
Institute people, whomever they are, are quite correct because the tax
rates in the USA are at Extortion levels themselves.
I mean GOD only wants 10%, who is the federal government to want 40%
!!!!!!!!
Think of it this way. Phil, I and all others here wouldn't have ANYTHING
political to talk about if governments didn't take more in taxes than GOD.
Why? Because they wouldn't have enough money to get into any
mischief!!!!!!!!! Kinda gives new meaning to the phrase Money is the root
of all evil!!! Give governments too much money and look what evil they can
do.
Cheers,
Gary
