Evidently, the existence of a "Jewish problem." was a normative
intellectual position of even the must humanitarian personalities even
ithout
the Fascist ideology that developed around a "Final Solution," else a "Final
Solution" would have had little meaning. It is when something is thought of
as a "problem" that one indulges in formulating "solutions." A racial myth
creates a "problem" looking for a "solution."
