   I would well imagine, like you, that that goes on all the time.

   Again as you would probably agree, as a private company that would

   never be permitted.  Just imagine the "REAL" savings which could be

   achieved if Telstra was run to make a true profit (not a paper

   entry).  Phone calls would probably be half price whoops!  wasn't

   suppose to say that.
