I don't know, but as I said earlier, my take on it was that Halliburton was
told they could only use (x) suppliers by the Corps - this could simply be
a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand was doing. We'll
find out in a few weeks. But I have a strong suspicion that it will end up
being much ado about not much - but if it cleans up the confusion and
allows Halliburton to switch to the cheaper supplier, then it won't be for
naught.
