      Title: Strawberries in Orange Sauce
 Categories: Desserts, Easy
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      6 c  Fresh ripe strawberries,
           - cut in half
    1/4 c  Powdered sugar
    1/4 ts Grated orange peel
      2 tb Orange flavored liqueur
           OR
           Concentrated frozen orange
           Juice, thawed
    3/4 c  Frozen whipped topping
           -thawed
    1/4 oz Bittersweet chocolate
           OR
           Semisweet chocolate shaved
 
  In blender or food processor, combine 1 1/2 cups of strawberries,
  powdered sugar, orange peel and liqueur until smooth.
  
  In medium bowl, combine this puree with remaining strawberries, mixing
  gently.
  
  To serve, spoon strawberry mixture into six individual desserts
  dishes. Top with two tablespoons whipped topping mixture and sprinkle
  each with shaved chocolate.
