It's been my experience that anything marked "special collector's edition"
or "Special" anything, generally is not as collectable as regular issues.
However, Elvis is somewhat of a special case. I haven't come across
anything on those two in colored vinyl, and the wording would indicate
that they are reissues. RCA generally changed the number on reissues
though, and what you've given me are the numbers of the original 1977
pressings, so I would guess these probably date from that time, and could
be worth anywhere from the same to about 3 times the value of the "regular"
issues. The regular issues right now, with the picture sleeve, are going
somewhere in the $ 5 - $ 10 range, so you could be any where from $ 5 to
$ 25 for those pieces. Incidentally, the sleeve accounts for about 2/3
of that value (on any 45 prior to the mid 70's, the "picture sleeve" is
usually worth about twice as much as the record itself, even without the
record.)
