DP~Fascinating!  I'd heard of that kind of (lack of) setup in third world
  ~countries, but never here.  Cool.

It was a bit of a surprise.. Very friendly people though for the most
part. There was also a Very nice 2 story aluminum siding home that
was is excellent shape on a good sized lot for sale asking $34,000..
This was a while back but not that long ago..  8 - 10 years
