I don't remember the exact date, but I do remember the circumstances,
because I rang the ABC to find out what was going on.

The ABC only played the final series (in the correct order), because they
had already shown the first three series the maximum number of times
allowed by their arrangement with the BBC.  The playing of the final series
again had also brought it up to the maximum number of times they could show
it.
