If anyone wants the codes to play as Evil Ryu, Championship Dahlsim 
or Zangief here they are----->
        Evil Ryu- Hold start on ryu then push right,up,down,up left and then 
push Jab and Fierce punch together.
        Zangief- Hold start on Zangief now move in this order... 
down,left,left,left,left,up,up,right,right,right,right,down. now push any 
button. Boy is he useless.
        Dahlsim- Hold Start then press left,down,right,up. Now push any 
button. You can now play as Dalshim.
