It is little tricky.. You have to tell Radius to use proxy for every outbound 
call. Then you need to make sure that the proxy prefers ipv6 over ipv4. Then 
just tell Radius to poll by dns name, not ip address because it doesn't 
understand ipv6 addresses. 

It is not worth the trouble, but if you cannot connect by ipv4, it can be done.
