&? A prison has a border with the outside world as well. There is a
complete naval blockade & the Border is kept closed in part by the
Egyptians as part of the withdrawal from Gaza by Israel. Basically If they
were to open the border then Israeli tanks etc would be along the strip
toot sweet.
