Oh indeed the MIC are so lacking in funds nowadays what with the F22,F35,
Virgina ssn, F18E, drone research & production, not to mention
"wear & tear" replacements/fixing.

rockets in one go..... So....you notice the THEL...you log it's position by
plinking rockets while massing some more, then you let em go at the THEL .
