That's certainly another possibility. If I were a touring
professional musician and Peavey wanted to give me some of
their equipment (with spares, and immediate replacements as
necessary), I'd certainly be tempted to take them up on the
offer. My only concern would be that the company doesn't
try to force me to: (a) use their equipment onstage if I'm
not comfortable doing so; or (b) misrepresent my use of the
equipment in endorsements.
