- The HP Deskjet series use cartridges with integrated heads. Makes 
cartridges expensive, but there is no danger of heads stuck with 
dried-out ink. Drivers are in the omni.exe package.

- The "HP Business InkJet" have the "printheads in the
printer itself", 
meaning printheads aren't integrated in the cartridges. Makes the 
cartridges cheaper of course, but snag is the printheads (in the 
printer) will be stuck with dried out ink when the printer isn't in use 
for long a time (over a month or so - they usually make their appearance 
at Ebay then). Drivers are in the laserjet.exe and/or postscript.exe 
package. Yes, these "HP Business InkJet" use laserjet drivers.
