If in a tank then you probably didn't see it. Reminds me of some tests done
with Chieftans/Challenger 1'es vs Milan & Lynx/tow.
Dead before they knew they were under attack. Not a lot of vision in a tank
which is why the more recent ones have an large periscope which can be set
to scan.

That bloody great "electro-optical device" in the turrent roof is
an attempt to spot such attack helo/ATM's before the tank is hit.

At the same time it has to be said that they will hang about 5 km to the
south so....but they're main advantage wrt armour is gone. I'll bet they're
desperately worried wrt similar manpat traveling under Rafah.
