The Biz Inkjet printers have a door that you open to access the ink 
cartridges. Power need not be applied when opening this door to replace 
the cartridge, and I HIGHLY recommend that the printer be powered down 
BEFORE opening this access door to replace the cartridge.

These cartridge are BIG. Each color cartridge in the HP 11 series hold 
26ml of ink!!! The black holds about 69ml of ink. Compared to the combo 
printhead/ink cartridges in most personal printers these quantities are 
ENORMOUS.

for example, the HP 57/58/59 cartridges in a HP 5550 (not recommended 
for OS/2 users) holds 19ml of black and 17 ml total of all three colors!!!
