Similar thoughts occurred to when I followed the link to the Washington
Post story. There really doesn't appear to be any arbitrage opportunity
here, the (their) story doesn't make sense.

Mind you, they could actually be business morons - stranger things have
actually happened. But that would beg the question of where the money to
purchase so many cell phones came from in the first place ... it'll be
interesting to see the evidence once presented in court.
