Well I have to agree with that - though a friend of mine brought me back a
carton of smokes duty free - at $15.  A mere $34 less than the with duties
price !

True - it was just a whim.

Yep - that's the thing with addictions - once you are, you are for life. 
Still I've given up 5 times before, I don't see why I can't give up again !
 It is the taking it back up that I find so tricky to avoid .
