Hola Steven :)

Monday December 09 2002 21:44, Steven Horn decˇa a Carol Shenkenberger:

SH> Carol, if I object to something, it is because I do not approve of it.
SH> Felipe has a different sense of English.

Already explained.

CS>> Felipe, some of the Z1 nodes are so tired of being told they do
CS>> not belong, that they get a bit short in the reply and perhaps, a

SH> I've never thought that asking anyone to wake up and smell the coffee was
SH> rude at all. Instead, I've considered it as a reasonably polite wake up
 SH> call.

I think I got the sense first time. I did not see it as rude at all. I was
rather referring to the insistance of many people on considering any
questioning as total disapproval.

SH> Felipe has since made it clear that he views this issue as an end user.
SH> Although he is an NC, he has only one node in his net that appears to be
SH> an ION and he has not discussed his experience with that node.

And I will not. No need to discuss what does not exist.
I do not really consider myself as his NC since his mail does not go
through my system nor can I check the accuracy of his entry since I cannot
check it directly. Once I am a "first class citizen" I will be
able to )I hope my downlinks pay me a connection to the world ...
I have yet to decide if I keep him on the list or trust him to comply with
policy and accuracy of my segment. As it is I have to take his word for it.

Patching over patching ...

Felipe :)
