Its all over TV and Newspapers how they pack the rockets with hundreds of
ball bearings creating thereby home made anti-personnel cluster bombs that
they deliberately fire at non-military targets.

Hizbollah invaded Israel and took Israeli citizens hostage.  They also fire
cluster bomb rockets at civilian targets.  Have been doing so for years.
