Do you mean the James Baker who was Secretary of the Treasury when the
Savings & Loan industry was degreulated?  Or the one who was Secretary
of State when Iraq thought it had a green light to invade Kuwait?  Or
perhaps the one who ran Bush I's reelection campaign?  Yeah, he'll be real
effective.
