I'm in the process of doing the same thing myself, though this is only the
second day I have been exploring the possibility of doing this and so am not
sure of all the details involved myself. So far I have installed and set up
the OS/2 version of the Apache http server (by using localhost as the IP
address) and am now looking at a terminal server program (tserve11.zip) that
can be used in conjunction with a frontend mail to start a PPP session for
incoming calls. I would imagine, that the easiest way to handle the file
up/down loads would be to install a FTP server and a news server to handle
the echos (I still have to explore these avenues though to find out what kind
of setup woud be optimal).
(BTW, I'm also looking for other alternatives to tserve11.zip as it's
registration cost is a little heavy on my pocketbook right now.)

Hopefully others here (and in OS2BBS where I am also finding out information)
will be able to get us going! :-)
