I presume that's a reference to Salman Pak, where Saddam was alleged to be
training terrorists and cooking up all kinds of chemical and biological
terror:

Well, it's been well and truly overrun and no chemicals have been found.  I
presume the "terrorist training" bit was rubbish as well.

In fact, very little that was asserted about Saddam is coming true.
