AS OF JAN 1996AD THEY DECIDED SINCE PEOPLE SCAN BETWEEN 40-50 MHZ FOR 
FIRE/POLICE/EMS... THAT THEY COULD NO LONGER HAVE A LAW AGAINST THE ORIG CORD 
PHONES... THE PRIVACY ACT NO LONGER APPLIES!!!!!!!  ALL NEW CELL PHONES ARE 
NOW DIGITAL NOT ANALOG.... SAME WITH THE NEW CORDLESS PHONES...
THE FCC HAS REMOVED THE PREV LAW BECAUSE OF THIS......
